"OXYCATEC" Ltd. together with Valena Group presents to you the developed process line for decontamination, neutralization and treatment of sewage effluents, wastes of livestock and poultry enterprises with subsequent production of organomineral fertilizers. The technology can be used to dispose of wastewater from industrial enterprises, cottage villages, residential microdistricts. In agriculture, technology has shown itself perfectly at pig and poultry complexes. The technology is innovative and is designed to replace existing wastewater treatment and waste neutralization systems. The equipment is made in the form of modules, and is easily placed in sea containers, the installation of which does not require the construction of special structures and saves capital costs. The line is easily integrated into the processes used by the customer and does not require special approvals. The module covers an area of 100 square meters. m., sanitary zone no more than 25 meters. One module is able to process up to 1200 cubic meters of effluents per day.

Execution options

Mobile unit

It is a mobile station for the treatment and disinfection of waste water and sludge. The complete processing line is located in a 9m * 2.5m * 3m block container.

Line capacity - up to 900 m3 / day, minimum volume - 5 m3 / hour.

Required electrical connection on site - 380 V 50 Hz.

It is necessary to be able to connect to a collector or to a wastewater outlet from industrial workshops, etc.

Designed for disposal of waste water from residential settlements, livestock farms with the subsequent production of organic fertilizers, waste water from industrial facilities, gas stations, as well as for the disposal of sludge cards of any treatment facilities.

Decentralized system

It is a stationary, modular assembly process line for complete purification and disinfection of effluents at any facilities where the daily volume of effluents required for treatment reaches 150 m3 / day and above.

Installation does not require capital expenditures for arranging the territory for the station, the occupied area is about 150 m2. Each line is designed individually for the customer's needs.

It can be used for cottage settlements, microdistricts, shopping and business centers, livestock enterprises, any industrial production facilities.

Semi-centralized station

Our plant is complementary to any existing wastewater treatment plant.

It is installed in cases when it is necessary to increase the throughput of treatment plants, optimize the sedimentation processes and further utilization of active sludge, carry out the process of cleaning wastewater and sludge from heavy metals and other complex chemical compounds, including chlorine-containing ones, which the existing biological treatment system cannot cope with.

Installation does not require capital expenditures on the territory for the station - the occupied area is about 150m2.
